Rip-off Report REVIEW:

Editors UPDATE: Positive rating and recognition has been given to Global Resources, LLC for its commitment to excellence in customer service.

Rip-off Reports discussions with Global Resources, LLC uncovered an ongoing commitment by the company to total client satisfaction. This means that clients can expect that the company will work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution to any complaints or concerns. Global listens carefully to client concerns and sees them as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and prevent the reoccurrence of those mistakes in the services offered and the support for those services.

Global Resources, LLCs president, Mr. David Danzig, has informed us that his personal philosophy is that his clients are a precious resource. As a successful businessman, Mr. Danzig feels it is critical to listen to his clients and respond properly. By always putting his clients first, Mr. Danzig hopes to maintain Global as a successful enterprise both now and for many years to come.

Another top executive of the company told us that Mr. Danzig's personal business philosophy is based on the premise that "strives to add value in its services as they understand that a successful business model is based on value-added services, and client care. Global' s mission statement says it all: "Our goal is to provide our clients the best quality, value and professional excellence in the industry." Some of the other things Rip-off Report learned in the course of its investigation: typical customer feedback reads: Global's employees truly communicate all aspects of the job in a timely and effective manner. We are very pleased with the responsiveness that they showed us. They are serious about meeting commitments, and delivered on all their promises."

Global's analysis and consulting personnel expressed extreme confidence in their ability to help us succeed. An analyst at Global stated "I know that Mr. Danzig takes a personal interest in the results of my analysis and the scope of work developed by the consultants for the clients because he calls me and we talk about what will benefit the client the most. With his years of experience in the service industry, I know that he understands what it takes to keep clients satisfied. I am always thrilled to hear from a client after we have completed a consulting project and find that the recommendations we installed have dramatically exceeded their expectations.

Global Resources, LLC takes employee satisfaction seriously as well. Employee feedback and surveys reveal comments such as this: "Global provides a very positive environment to work. Opportunities for suggestions and improvements are encouraged. Mr. Danzig is truly concerned about our contribution to the company and providing growth opportunities for us. He takes the time to listen and communicate with employees and customers." Rip-off Report was pleased to learn that Global's past and current approach to business is focused on its pledge to total commitment towards client and employee satisfaction.

Global recognizes that complaints posted on Rip-off Report (whether true or not) are issues that need to be addressed, not ignored. If handled correctly, complaints can be valuable learning opportunities. With the feedback generated by Rip-off Reports Investigation Global has made organizational changes allowing its clients and employees a more streamlined approach to problem resolution and a commitment to a great client experience.

In summary, after our review, which included discussions with Mr. Danzig and many of his past and current associates, Rip-off Report is convinced that Global is committed to quality delivery of services resulting in total client satisfaction.

NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

Global Resources, LLC  For those with problems with Global Resources, Here is their employment ad for Orlando area Orlando, Florida

I am just posting the link to Global Resources, LLC website and to a Careerbuilder ad in Orlando.  I came across the ad and immediately recognized it for a possible clone of a famous business consulting scam operating out of Chicago, Illinois with consultants flying all over the US.   The consultants usually ARE experienced professionals like CPA's, etc who honestly think the work will be done for the customer.  They sell a business consulting program, but the firm doesn't always to what they were expected to do.  I do not have any experience with Global Resources, but am posting this info for anyone researching them since there are numerous ripoff complaints, AND this firm is also based in Illinois, but advertising for consultants from Orlando.

Global's website (and there could be more, and using different business names or locations) is:  http://www.gr-us.com/

The Orlando area job posting using the CareerBuilder job website used by the Orlando Sentinel is:
http://www.careerbuilder.com/JobSeeker/Jobs/JobDetails.aspx?sc_extcmp=JS_JobAlert_Title&ipath=PSSGT30P&psa=1&Job_DID=J8B2P96NZXNQQFQQXDX

If this listing expires, try searching on CareerBuilder.com for Orlando jobs from Global Resources, LLC.

I almost joined the other firm in Chicago.  A red flag was when they required ME to pay one way fare to fly there for one week of training.  That is when I researched them further and found all the complaints and decided not to take the "opportunity".

I am guessing this firm works the same way based on the number of ripoff reports.

One way they reduce chances you will find a complaint is that ya customer or former employee might file a complaint with your local BBB, but each BBB region office only take complaints for businesses with an office in their region.  These types of firms don't have local offices, only one HQ office in another state.   Thus, if you find their actual office location, check the BBB for that area to find complaints.   Stupid BBB does not cross index complaints between BBB regions, so checking for complaints in your local Dallas BBB office won't find any complaints for a firm based in Illinois.   I therefore do not consider BBB to be a valid consumer information provider to detect customer problems with national consulting firms.
