My mother was employed bye global personnal from 12/02-12/05 as an LPN nurse, my mother called out sick one weekend when she was suppose to work she called out with the flu like she was suppose to & global told her she was going to be suspended for 90 days & one week without any work, & then she gets a discharge letter the week after. Global accused my mother of being insubordination & excessing absences & provided false dates when she was out. Global told lies during the unemployment hearing saying she called them constently being agessive & verbal abusive toward them & this is what they told during the unemployment hearing, & they had a witness to this so called behavior which the hearing officer said that she could not use him because the phone calls where made after the dicharge & not before & global told the board of review that the harassing phone calls were prior to the dicharge so the hearing officer still denied my mothers unemployment made a falsified decision & global continues to put my mother threw nightmares & anexity problems. Do not work for these people to save yourself an unpleasant experince do not believe anything the employer as to say because it is all lies they cannot prove my mother did any of this accept have someone lie in the office about her which employers do my mother always had sorry employers to do her this way they did not treat her good @ all.

Quit sabotaging my reports, you make an example of what I am talking I have not lied about anything. So what are you doing going all over my reports defamation my character! whats your problem!, you make an example about people abusing me!. You are going around saying defamatory statements to my reports! no I am not the person who made the wal-mart complaint so quit getting things mixed up!, which Is what people have plotted agaisnt me!. Does my name show on the person making the wal-mart complaint no it doesn't!. You are, just here to just make me look bad in fact you'er the one who is lying! & saying defamatory statements about me

Charles, You have to be kidding me. Are you not the same looney having posted complaints about Walt-Mart and Disney Land? Then there is the post about your Mom having been terminated. When fellow readers questioned the validity of our Mother truely being a Nurse, truth surfaced you had lied and posted the story using your name. You also post complaints against your landlord, your insurance company. HOLY COW FELLA'! Don't you have a job? Or is this your job? Being a professional complainer? Make sure to update that resume of your's to include the following to support your current employment position of Professional Complainer: 1) HUH!? I had to actually pay for the food I eat while sitting in the Wal-Mart deli!? 2) Disney Land actually allows people other than myself into the theme park!? 3) You're telling me, my Mother was terminated from her nursing position just because she was not properly medically educated to care for people!? 4) What do you mean I have to pay for medical and automobile insurance!? 5) So what your saying to me is I have to follow the rules and pay bills like everyone else does!? What a waste of internet space you are! Get off your lazy, uneducated butt and get a job. Stop throwing mud at the wall hoping something will stick in your "Sue & Get Rich Quick" scams. You're making an idiot of yourelf and your poor Mother. Anyone else reading these guys posts, look in other threads. He's all over making claims about he's been picked on by nearly every American in the United States. He's such a cad!

I am not here to make false complaints on this website if the employer wants to clear their name they will have to stop lying about my mother or my mother reserves the right to pursue futher damanges agaisnt global for defamantion of character & slander, its time for employees to stop getting away with this kind of abuse!.
