The Gist:
Glen Kutsovsky Scammer ghosts his employees, failing to pay them for finished work. He said he is an American from Florida, but as of the moment, he lives in Kiev, Ukraine.
Please beware of him. He is a liar; a scam artist who employs Stay-at-home mothers from the Philippines without paying them. He is a man of no integrity. He does not keep his word.
He outsourced employees from the Philippines, promising to pay every 1st of the month via MoneyGram or Western Union. He said he’d pay 300 USD for the first 2 months, and 800-1100 USD after.
Our job: write SEO-friendly content for two American plumbing company websites he built called http://boulder-plumber.com/ and http://austins-plumber.com/ ,including fake reviews of these websites to be posted on Yelp, Angie’s List, and other similar sites. He promised our salary would increase if we did
He promised our salary would increase if we did well, since the business would generate a lot of money once the sites are officially launched. Colorado and Texas plumbing companies will pay him a fixed amount each month, in exchange for him to forward any call he gets (using the number posted on the sites) to them.
Initially, he didn’t pay us on time for the following reasons: banks in Ukraine did not let him withdraw money in USD, other banks in Ukraine would only let him withdraw a few hundred dollars in a day so he needs more time to pay us, PayPal doesn’t work in Ukraine, Moneygram charges too much (40 USD per transaction), etc.
The two of us only received a little over 100 USD each even if we worked for a total of four months. If asked for any updates regarding our salary, he wouldn’t reply for weeks at a time. He’d say he would pay on (for example) Tuesday, but when Tuesday comes, he’d say he would pay next week. The cycle goes on. He doesn’t keep his word. His assistant,

If you want an honest, dependable, and professional employer, skip Glen Kutsovsky and find someone else. If you are considering him as a business partner, please think twice for your own sake.

Last June 30th, he contacted me, willing to settle this matter once and for all. There's a settlement agreement I need to sign so all of this would be put behind us. As of this writing, I am still waiting for the said settlement agreement.
