Glenn Grant,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Thu, December 02, 2004
I feel very Sorry for the people out there that had to deal with two of the most dishonest employee's of a great guy who just sold the company to the owners of Burien Toyota. Aaron Harrington was the nephew of the old owner and grandson to the late Glen Grant. He was thankfully terminated on the 30th of november 2004 for the second time. As an ex saleman from this company I can say that I was not at all surprised at the way Aaron tried to handle the complaint's against the company. Thank fully there has been a change. It is now Burien Chevrolet and now get back to a higher standard of Service that we all should be getting from a store in the industry.

What kind of an idiot are you? What's more important is what kind of idiots do you think the American consumers are? I'm not going to tear your entire commentary apart, because I have to go no further than the first two sentences. How can you say that the the accusations in this report are completely false when you admit that that individual DID have problems with his car? Do you see that you cross yourself? Where is your intellectual integrity? In the crapper with the deals you scrap together? [email protected]

The accusations in the letter of deceit by employees of Glen Grant Chevrolet are completely false. This customer has obviously had many problems with the vehicle and I believe their comments stem from the problems with the vehicle not Glen Grant Chevrolet. The accusations they have made here in this statment are very serious and ones they should consider before they write such things. We strive to help each customer to the best of our ability. This dealership is the 13th largest pre-owned vehicle dealership in the state of Washington and we did not get this way by lying to customers or being deceitful. We are very disappointed with this letter as we have tried to work with this customer. Our primary goal is to build repeat customers for decades to come.
Respectfully,
