GLASSESUSA GlassesUSA website sales Insurance 20/20 Coverage as 'if lost or stolen is covered' but it is not listed anywhere on the website and customer service does not know this
When you are buing glasses there is 20/20 Coverage Insurance listed as if your glasses are stolen or lost they are covered, however deep in the terms and conditions it says 20-20 coverage does not cover: (6) EYEGLASSES THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN; AND (7) EYE EXAMS OR OTHER MEDICAL EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH OBTAINING REPLACEMENT EYEWEAR.
