Glass Doctor of Eastern Pennsyllvania They refused to fix the dangerous sharp corners of my tabletop. Philadelphia PA
I had Glass Doctor replace a glass tabletop. When the serviceman came to my house I showed him a side table which matched the broken cocktail tabletop. The serviceman measured and told me he would duplicate the glass to the end table.
A couple of weeks after installation I brushed by the corner of my cocktail table and ripped the side of my leg wide open. It was then that I became aware of the razor sharp edges on the newly installed glass top. I immediately called Glass Doctor and after getting the run around not having the company return my calls , I finally got to speak to the owner, he told me point blank that there was nothing they could do to rectify their error.
I told him how dangerous this tabletop is and that I ha,ve a 1 year old grand-daughter which I cannot have visit as I am petrified if she were to get too close to this tabletop. His only solution was to put very inexpensive plastic caps for safety. So not only is my tabletop which by the way I paid $300.00 for hideous it is a major safety issue.
I would never recommend Glass Doctor to anyone. Buyer beware!
