Miguel Carlos Zenetos is a victim and what he said above is true, in fact it only turns out that an appraisal was made with a very prudent value of $25 per carat which respected market trends, without even being paid for his work .

Furthermore, at the moment Miguel Carlos Zenetos is undergoing several attacks, where he was forced to file a police report and appoint two lawyers because he became aware of Falsified expert reports where his signature was used and cloned, and in other cases the modification of his appraisals with the addition of photos and descriptions that do not correspond to the reality of the facts.

The person who was denounced by Miguel Carlos Zenetos and will be brought to criminal and civil court and Jeffery Bergman, for the following reasons: disclosure of falsified documentation, defamation, and other violations.

Jeffery Bergman has also been denounced in Europe because he falsely declared since 2015 that he is a gemologist using simple non-qualifying introductory courses, passing them off as prestigious Qualifications.

In 2017 Jeffery Bergman with these False Qualifications obtained a False Accreditation from AGA Accredited Gemologists Association where after his name the acronym SSEF SGC was illicitly inserted which is not a professional qualification but only a simple non-qualifying introductory course.

Jeffery Bergman, once discovered and unmasked with this false accreditation, proceeded with the complicity of AGA Accredited Gemologists Association to replace this False Accreditation SSEF SGC.

Jeffery Bergman and the AGA Accredited Gemologists Association proceeded with the issue of another SSEF BGC & BDC accreditation which, however, was found to be illegal and false because it did not qualify professionally.

Once this false credit was also unmasked, Jeffery Bergman and the AGA Accredited Gemologists Association issued a third credit where only the name Jeffery Bergman appeared.

Unfortunately, even the third accreditation is illegal and false because Jeffery Bergman is not a gemologist with professional credentials

 In 2007 in São Paulo Brazil A supposed lawyer from Rio de Janeiro contacted me to carry out an evaluation and some prospectors to buy raw emeralds, that he had a potential buyer coming from Atlanta - USA to buy raw emeralds, and also contacted me through a gem office, to certify and evaluate raw emeralds. I questioned Rev. Gail Catto or Patricia Mccrary of Jackson Georgia, (she showed me the credential as pastor of the Mormon Church) My job is to select, evaluate and certify stones and I gave my price and time to do all the work.

Second question. How will I receive value for my work? According to her, after the job is done, her lawyer in the USA called this alleged lawyer in Rio de Janeiro and this office in São Paulo. All the prospectors and I agreed, the office, unfortunately, no problem, the office is in control and, in addition, we had respect as a pastor of the church in the USA. So I did all the work in São Paulo and a week and two weeks passed and in the second week it was due to be paid in two days and the prospectors nervous with the gem office the alleged lawyer disappeared, changed the phone and the gem office was not responsible for what happened and closed office. Me and the prospectors all of us have not received anything completely lost. I made my impartial assessment with no tendency for either the buyer or the seller, worth U $ 25.00 per carat. My work is conservative and below market and market values.

This whole process between them that involves my name being that I am only a professional that I evaluated. I did not sell or buy emeralds, I only certified those stones and only with a certificate and not as it has been shown several certificates that I did not make. And at no time did they mention the certificate number and also many errors even from my name and I am not a gemological director of the institute in Brazil. I have graduated from GIA for 40 years and I work in Brazil and the USA and Europe. I AM A CLEAN PERSON OF WELL., I AM AN INDEPENDENT ASSESSOR GEMOLOGIST PROFESSIONAL.  Hello, i am a GIA certified professional. I merely made an evaluation as tô the quality of the stones mentioned in this report. I have not committed any crime or fraud of any kind. I hád no direct dealings with this criminal and have nothing tô with there crimes or allegations there of. I have asked that My name be removed from this report, but Am told this is not possible. I am a legitmate business man and have more than 6 certifications and degrees confirming My knowledge and skill in this industry. I have never been involved in crimes or fraud of any kind. Having My name listed here is damaging tô My reputation and is clearly defamation. I again ask that i be removed from this report unless there is any reputable information available.
