BIG RIP OFF - GIRLS GONE WILD/MRA VIDEO. CANCEL YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD!FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2
Thank you for having this web site. I see that alot of people have gotten scamed by this fraudulent company.
My husband made the mistake of calling them to order 1 video as a gift for his brother. Despite telling the order taker that this was a ONE TIME ONLY ORDER, I find that our credit card has been charged again for a second video.
From all I have read, this company should have their merchant account, website, and TV advertising CANCELED. They should be prosecuted for MAIL FRAUD AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
Since discovering this, I have called my credit card company to have the charge removed. I have sent a letter to this MRA VIDEO warning them of legal action.
I have also CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD, and I advise all others,who have been scamed to do the same.
ALSO, TELL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK TO CHARGE BACK ALL CHARGES ON YOUR STATEMENT BACK TO MRA VIDEO, INCLUDING THE SHIPPING CHARGES. GET THEM WHERE IT HURTS - IN THE WALLET!
I am also going to file a complaint of MAIL FRAUD with the Sylmar and Hollywood, California post offices.
THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE WARMING THEIR CHEATING ASSES IN JAIL.
