Before I attack people about ordering viseos of naked girls at 3:00 in the morning,,I would question why I was working for a company that sold videos of naked girls at 3:00 in the morning and knowingly upselling crap to the credit card .I'm sure the upselling portion was spoken in a slow and understandable speed.

I work for the company you order Girls Gone Wild from, and I personally have taken thousands of calls for them. This could be applied to most of the comments i read about GGW in this forum: To clear up the subscription and galleria issues: at the end of the call, you're read a statement stating that you'll "receive your order in (time), and then once a month you'll receive your exclusive, all new never before seen Girls Gone Wild video to preview for 10 days." and then something about you may cancel at anytime, satisfaction guarenteed. This is stated at the END of the call so you'll be sure to hear it. Galleria is an upsell, and if you agree to it after we offer it to you, whether you heard it or not, you've now accepted it. Saying "yes, yeah, uh-huh" when you didn't hear what the operator said will just get you in trouble. 90% of the problems I see with Girls Gone Wild are because people are not listening, and tuning out the operator, or didn't pay attention to the commercial when they called in to order naked girls at 3am in the morning.
