Giovanni Gradilone Johnny, G & M Concrete Ltd., GM Concrete Took deposit and failed to do work. Calgary Alberta
I hired Johnny (Giovanni Gradilone) at G & M Concrete Ltd. in fall of 2017 to do a couple of projects. I was satisfied with the work done. In spring of 2018 we were to complete a garage pad I had previously put deposit down on. There was also another project to be done, for which he asked for another deposit. He asked me to trust him since we had done a couple of projects already.
He failed to meet at the site one day and then did not return my repeated attempts thru phoning and emailing. after two weeks of silence I contacted the references he supplied me. Miraculously he showed up that same day and told me he would start work the next day. After a few days he again told me he would start work. He failed to show up aand has not returned my phone calls again for about two weeks.
I have filed a civil claim in Provincial Court against Giovanni Gradilone (John) and G & M Concrete Ltd. I hope to hear from Johnny or at least see him in court.
