Giga Entertainment Media GEM Broke Agreement. Did not fullfill Contract. Melville New York
Giga Entertainment Media (GEM) is again being sued for $5 Million by a Fashion Company that they entered into Agreement with in 2015. GEM has a history of Fraud and Neglect. The Lawsuit states GEM did not fulfill any of the promises it made in the Contract with the Plaintiff and finally broke the Agreement in its last month.
GEM has been unsuccessfully trying to IPO since 2012. If GEM cannot even fullfill this Agreement then how can it satisfy its Shareholders expectations.
