I added this giftcards link to my website, thinking it was a nice option for my customers. On 12/22/17 a customer purchased a giftcard for $140.00. The customer came to redeem the card on 01/26/2018. I went into my Paypal account and check to see if there was a deposit made for this transaction which after the fees would be $129.34. I contacted the company several times. The first response read:

Eli,

My apologies for any delay. PayPal typically takes 4-7 business days to deposit, sometimes a bit longer with the first deposit. If you don’t see it by Tuesday next week, definitely reach back out.

and the second response read:

Eli,

The reason why your payment was delayed was because there were two attempts for purchases that failed and were red flagged as potential fraud. PayPal, especially with a first deposit will typically put the account on hold until otherwise noted. I have pushed the deposit through to your PayPal account.

Really humble people they went above and beyond to help me.  They quickly help me out and offered me a great solution by sending my payment inmediately I am now happy with my purchase, I really regret creating this complaint as I can't delete it. Other than that is a great option for the holidays and those specials days. Customer love giftcards!

We finally got paid 3 months 7 days after the actual sale date. Company customer service was not very good, BBB complaint was never answered. After revising my Paypal Account numerous times I was able to locate the payment was made on March 29, 2018 at 9:01:59 PM PDT. The company never notified me I was paid. We receive many payments on our account daily so it was really difficult to track it. However on my experience, I will not use them again. If I sell an item I expect to be paid accordingly not 3 months later. This was only for 1 sale I can't image having thousand of dollars on pending payments. Everyone's experience is different, some people mind, some don't. I do. Giftly should strive to provide awesome customer support to their consumers because we the consumers are the reason you are still operating. It never hurts to try, but if you are willing to wait months for your sale payment go ahead serve yourself the biggest plate. Otherwise stay away, believe me it is really anoying when you look for answers and they just live you in a limbo. Good luck

SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, DO NOT USE THEM!! They are scamming business owners. I made 1 sale and I never received my payment. I called and customer service deliberately lied to me and the problem never gets solve. They pass you around like a pin pon ball. There is no accountability. You will not get paid for your gift card sales. I really hope you get investigated and that you all go to jail for defrauding consumers! View all bad reviews because the good ones must be paid for.

and this is the answer I got:
