Gibson Trust consumer fraud ripoff deceptive victimized many consumers Pompano Beach Florida
They have consistently been late paying my creditors, even sent a NSF fee,causing me the fees, They never return yor calls .Getting through to them via phone or email is impossible.
If your lucky to get through on the phone then your put on hold forever or disconnected. We have a ACH payment to them every month ,yet they cn not get thepayment to my credtors on time.
On 17 July 2002 they withdrew 954.00 and my creditors still have recieved their payments. I have notified them that we wish to cancel their services and that we request all money back due to they have not lived up to the contract.
In the beginning they took 954.00, this is to be given back to us at the end of the program but due to their terrible service I feel like the owe us ou money back and also July's money that my credotors still havent recieved.
This company has made my credit go from bad to worse, when in actuallity they are suppose to help.I hav reported them to the better business bureau and I will contact whoever it takes to help me in this horible nightmare.

I know that you said that you complained to the BBB about Gibson Trust. This is going to do you no good. I complained over 1 year ago and nothing has been done. They already have so many complaints about Gibson Trust that they have removed them from the BBB. The Florida Attorney General's Office is investigating this company right now. You need to contact them and complain. The number to call is 952-712-4600 The mailing address is Economic Crimes Division Office Of The Attorney General 110 SE 6th St. Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 33301-5000 The have many complaints and we all need to complain and make them do something about this company. I have been fighting for 1 1/2 years for the return of our money. We quit with them for the same reason that you did. Now they won't give us back our money. They are gonna try and use their contract, stating that you didn't finish the program with them and will not get your money back. It doesn't matter that they broke the contract first when they failed to provide the service that they said they would. Keep complaining and don't give up. That is what they count on. I am sure that there is many many people out there that just gave up and didn't complain to the Florida Attorney General's Office.
