GIBSON TRUST screwed me ripoff took my money lied I have no way to get my money back & they knew that I was on a fixed income now I am screwed with my debtors Pompano Florida
My God these as**oles they been riping me off sence 2001 when they promised to get my debts lowered. I was never behind in any of my accounts now I am out the a*s in debt with all my creditors. Knowing I was on a fixed income they took advantage of all of us. They have taken over 900.00 in thae past 3 mo. from me.
I have called for 2 dam weeeks and got nothing. Now I dont know what the hell I am going to do about my debts.They have made my life a liveing hell. I thought our government protected us from as**oles like this. Now I need a n answer as to how Gibson Trust is going to take care of this mess.
I for one need guidance on how to sue the hell out of them and the bank that was affeliated with them. Bank of America. I will be glad to also get others here in indiana to file for I got them to go to gibson trust last sept. Man all this time I have been screwed and tattooed bye these lying SOB. I have also sent notice to the att. generals office of ind. Now no one answes the phone and there is no ext. no that exsest.You never get the same person and when you did it was a person who never spoke a word of english. Here goes names of people I talked to in the past Aundrea, Hunter, Mark, Kamar, ect,ect, never the same people.

Why have none of us heard from the attounerys generals office on this matter..

Well here it is April 2005 I not yet heard another reply from the states attonerys office as was told uhhhh I think a year or so ago..Why is it ok for these people to live high off the hog and still doing it...And our government that is suppost to protect us still haven't..Why have none of us heard from the attounerys generals office on this matter.. I dont care if these AKA"S took my money and blew it they stole it and it should be paid back as well as with what the court told them to pay clients they ripped off..But no there allowed to appeal thats b/s.. And when is the attounery generals office gona move on this or are they I have not been updated as to whats going on just sunk in a pot hole and I want what is owed to us before I die.. Why ahve any of us been notified or given an update as to whats going on with this civil suite??Make these people shovel s**t I don't care why should they get away with how many thousands and thousands of dollers and not pay it back because they spent it..And the bank they were using also had to know something fisgy was going on..And people wounder whats wrong with this world today..Well the poor or low income and the one's trying to do right get screwed..And the ones doing wrong get away with it thats why.. I want a up date and the attounery generals office was given this sight to go to and read how these people have screwed us all..They took eveyones money and looks like there going to get away with it and it unfair justice to the victems.. I for one am tired of wating for something that is mine..along with many others I am sure..So any info on this matter would be appericated.. Cause I haven't heard jack s**t in over a year at least..Very pissed with the way we are being treaded as the criminal not the victim of frud.. I don't care if president Bush gets involved I want this settled as Im sure others do it has been long enough....Poor people have no chance in hell with people out there doing this.. Learned the rocky road to computer b/s never trust what is said or promised just like on t.v. Pissed off

I have called the Bank of America in Pampono Fl. whom which gibson trust stated was dispursing our money. I was told I would recive a call from one of there managers there. HUMMMM wounder what happened they never called. I have seen an att. here and was told it would cost me more money to try and even find these people. Is there someone out there that can help in any way..For the money gbi took and there charges sure would help right now. I often wounder where our goverment is when we are suppost to be protected from ppl like gbi. This has been pure tourture not only on I but all the people that have been riped off from these jerks.
