GGW - MRA VIDEO & Girls Gone Wild ripoff scams Sylmar CaliforniaFOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2
False advertisement & TV video bank theft:
Months ago I reported that I was ripped off by this company through false advertisement and continued charges to my bank account without my consent. I followed the advice in the rippoff files by others who have had money stolen from them from this company.
I cancelled my check card. Reported the theft to my bank with details and was reimbursed for one of the withdrawals from my account with an apology from my bank. all of the other withdrawls from my account were not returned.
Now a couple months later I see GGW VIDEO has gotten into my account again and stolen another
19.95 from my account.
Not only have they stolen from me, but they have thrown off my bank balance that caused me to have to pay overdraft charges of sixty something the first time and well over one hundred this second time and I am so mad there are not words to describe how I feel about this outfit.Now I will write the attorny General. Contact my bank again and possibly change banks to stop this bullshit.
What gives any company the right to steal from an individuals bank account at will without even providing goods as though it has the right to bill a person over and over for the same product originaly ordered indefinatly.
I have paid over nearly two hundred dollars for my original order of two tapes as advertized on TV. All of it has been false advertizement from the start and all of my complaints have been ignored.
Apparently, even this rippoff site has not been able to stop this company from continueing to rob us.If this continues I will hire a lawyer and sue this company for false advertizement and continued theft and losses they have caused me.I would advise others who have been taken by GGW Video to do the same as they do not regard letters or e-mail to stop there billing theft.
When you think they have stopped billing you they start up again.It seems even the banks cannot stop they're electronic debit of our personal accounts. If you have had trouble with this company please put in a complaint so we can stop these Pirates.

Call for a class action lawsuit:
I have had enough of these slime-balls and there disregard for the law. I have done all the suggestions listed and still they are charging my bank account. I have had enough so I am filling a complaint with the attorney general and changing banks.
A new card did not stop them nor a fraud complaint and reversal of charges to my account for the last charge to my account. Now they are at it again. I have grown to hate and despise these thieves. I will never order anything online or by phone again. Lets break these bastards.
