I ordered a indoor smokeless grill on line from GG DECOR on January 30,2018 after 10 days gg decor posted item shipped. i requested a tracking number never got one . After 2 weeks i did not receive grill i requested tracking number again i got no response,so i requested a refund . I immediately got a post to account orded status REFUNDED that was on February 20 and still have not seen the refund post to my bank account or get a response from GG DECOR this online CO is a fraud they have no address or phone # to contact them.

This is the right GG DECOR because at the bottom of the order status page it says GG DECOR, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES and email adress, [email protected] ,this info is on every e-mail i received when i enquire about my order so do the right thing and refund my money.

Hello,I would really like to help you with your problem but you are complaining about the wrong company. We do not have an order from you and we ar from California not New Jersey. There are other GG Decor not just one and we are GGS Decor of whom which you never ordered from. Please kindly remove this invalid complaint and contact the store you have an issue with.
