Getestore - Buyestore ripoff this company states that they will send your commission check on the 15th of the month and failed to do so Los Angeles California
I have been very unsatisfied with the customer service I've received from getestore.com. I bought this website thinking it could be a source of additional income. Right away I knew there was a problem when my e-mails concerning set up weren't answered for days. They are notorious for not returning e-mails with inquiries that were of a very extreme nature to me.
For example for over a month during the summer my website bargainhotdeals.com was unaccessible using AOL. They claimed it had nothing to do with them. All of a sudden, after numerous unsuccessful phone calls to AOL tech support, my website became available.
Then after spending about $1500.00 in advertising I am finding that I am not receiving my commision check. I did get a response that commission checks would be mailed at the end of the year with tax information. If this is true, which is highly questionable, why weren't the store owners notified in advance of this decision.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this company handles themselves and the lack of communication with their store owners. I fear they have stopped showing my sales because I questioned them on numerous occasions about my commission check. It seems to me that the number of visits to my site and the time spent during each visit I should have seen some sales.
All I can say is I have spent too many months of my time to let this company get away with this. I would be willing to supply any information necessary to expose this company of wrong doing.
