Geraldine has made her living my marrying, conceiving children, divorcing, siezing all assets of the father, including the children, collecting child support from fathers, and accusing them falsely to destroy them and get their property.
She has a partner, husband, Joseph P. Gurule, who has willfully assisted her in the marriage/divorce property siezure scam they have been operating for nearly 20 years.
They have, together, collected Welfare benefits, MediCal, WIC, Social Security Disability Benefits, while operating multiple cash businesses as well, acquired real estate, and have avoided filing or paying any income taxes whatsoever.
They have two Welfare Harley-Davidsons and a late model van, courtesy of child support and Welfare, and Social Security benefits.
Geraldine and Joe Gurule have willfully falsified welfare documents, used multiple names, given the children multiple names for welfare collection, falsified divorce documents, marriage documents, falsified the chidren's elementary school records to qualify for State Funding, and have falsified most, if not all, government documents that will provide cash or medical benefits.
She is also a violent, extremely verbally abusive, an abusive alcoholic, and has abused the father's and children in this manner for financial gain.
Geraldine and Joe Gurule typically run food concession businesses at public events, cariivals, etc, and Joe Gurule operates auto body /paint . They both play in a band. Geraldine is currently working in a real estate office.
She has destroyed 4 fathers with false police reports and by giving false court declarations to keep custody of the children and take their father's property.
