Georgia Eppicard they put a hold on my card said it was compromised. by then 1027.03 was taken from my account and after all the paperwork i only got back573.11 Georgia
ga eppicard put a hold on my child support card, saying it had been compromised. this waas on 9/14/2016. when i went on website to reveiw charges on my card, there was 1027.03 that I didnt charge so after sending in a ton of paperwork they said 90 days to investigate then they would let me know something. then on Nov. 25,2016 they returned 573.11 to my card. I called after that about the remaining missing money and they said couldnt find paperwork so i resent all papers 3/23/2017 and still nothing , i have called numerous times since all to get same response NOTHING. so I guess they just kept my 453.92 . which is my child support money. how low taking from children.
