Cimarron Homes
Do not use Cimarron Homes, Milford PA to build your new home. He built our modular and it took over a year before we could move in. The quality of work is extremely poor. He substitutes lower quality materials to line his pocket. He does not follow his contract-all upgrades to be signed for by homeowner & contractor prior to being done. He does the work and bills you, if you remind him of the contract, he threatens to stop work if
you don't pay him. He goes beyond the contract finish date and blames you for holding him up. He lies to the building inspector about the second floor being finished on site so he can try to get away with no inspections. The blue prints don't show the details and the homeowner has to hire an architect. He takes your money and disappears for weeks at a time. Over 6 months no one worked for a total of 21 weeks, and when they do work it's only part time. Should it take over 3 months to put on cedar shingles? Three heavy rains and you have to argue to get repairs done due to his negligence? He tells you the carpet that was covered with 2 inches of water will dry out. Shouldn't he pays his supplier bills? Do you need them knocking on your door when you already paid the builder? Should he be allowed to lie constantly? What does it take to put this kind of builder out of business?
