George Hostal and Dino Camunez are partners in Canon Asset Management Advisory, LLC, an investment adviser firm. According to latest regulatory filings they have approximately 50 clients and $60 million of assets under management.
Mr. Hostal fails to disclose to his investment advisory clients, lenders and business partners that he is the subject of a near decade long civil fraud lawsuit, with related liabilities/judgments of over $450,000 and counting. That is fraud and misrepresentation, not to mention potential felonies in the case of willful regulatory failures and failures to disclose in mortgage applications.
Since Mr. Hostal won’t disclose as required by law, I am providing it here so that you can educate yourself before deciding to do business with him.
