Deserted lodge
On Oct.9th, 1999 I booked a room at the desert lodge in Palm Springs. It was prepaid with my credit card. Upon arrival to the hotel no one was there to let us in the room. Also, no one answered the after hours phone. They charged me and we did not even get our room!!!!!I calledthe next day and sent 3 emails . I have not had any response whatsoever.
