In August of 2001 we bought a home with all brand new appliances all of these were General Electric.

3months later the ice maker on the refridgerator began to make noises. We called GE they sent out a repairman who said the ice maker needed to be replaced.

I asked that the unit be replaced because of the water that leaked into the back of the refridgerator and was told by Peggy Martinez that even if the refridgerator was replaced I would still have problems because the problem was in the design of the ice maker.

G.E replaced the ice maker and the day after it was replaced it messed up again. In total G.E. has sent a repair man 4 times and the problem still exist.

And G.E. will not fix the problem.I have tried to speak tp someone that can help me and was told that Peggy Martinez was authorized by G.E. to take care of the problem which still exist. I own all G.E. appliances and this will be the last time that I purchase anything G.E. if this is how G.E. conducts business
