Gemloop I orderd the 12 pack of essential oils back in sept 21st and never received them New york city New york
I ordered a 12 pack of essential oils back in September 21st and they told me I would receive them within 10-15 business days and I never received them and I didn't get a tracking number.
I've written them many emails and they never wrote back, if I never get the oils I will want my money back. Please help me
