my original receit said gemini subscriptions.i called just to do an address change.funny their answering machine says to call between 9-4,hmmm its 1030 am ok.
but ohhh they dont have a message thing where you can leave them a message and all phone numbers had the same response,so i go on the website to post an email about how theres no link to do change of address.i got an auto response do not reply email stating to take it up and have it changed with the post office.
now being a d**n magazine company-they know the post office does not forward those kind of magazine.did further research-this company i found out is actually under another name,then researched further.
something needs to get done about these kind of people.i just spendt hours on this research and am shocked.i even got the exact same speech others got even with the bug off sticker.so now i know that even though they cashed the check,there will be no magazines.
funny every legit magazine company has real phone numbers where people actually help you and real websites.
