It is frustrating to see how these scammers are preying on innocent people and exploiting their needs. I can recommend a private investigation agency 'Wilsons Detectives'. They consider taking a class action against people or businesses that are complained about. They aim to help clients and people who have been affected by frauds/scams and help them recover their money.  None of the information in this report is true. I have documentation to back up my claim. The author of this post isn’t a Customer, but a former employer who is disgruntled, because I filed a claim against them and their company. I’ve also pressed charges against them. My company GeLia Communications entered a agreement with Terry Taylor of Global Communications to purchase a franchise to sell Directv, in which we found out later was illegal and a scam. He verbally stated that we would purchase the contract for $5000 not $6000, and that 20 percent would be deducted from all of our sales until it was paid off. Once we received the contract, it stated that we owed $0.00 for the franchise and that $0.00 would be deducted from each sale. This is the contract that Terry Taylor and I both signed. I generated sales each week between October and December in which I Never was paid on. Instead he sent excuses and bad checks. I will add these documents to this comment for your viewing. He has also sent threats and racial slurs to my family in which we had to file a police report and restraining order against him. He scammed not only myself, but seven other individuals as well. We never got paid, and when we demanded our money he only threatened us and refused to pay. I have never scammed anybody nor have stolen their credit card information. I have been in business for almost twenty years and have never had any complaints or legal issues. I am owed over $2000 in back pay and bounced checks from Terry Taylor and Global Communications. He has even used his military background to threatened my family and myself. There is no lawsuit for $100,000 against myself nor my company. There is however one against Mr. Taylor as the defendant and myself as the plaintiff. Christmas holidays was a nightmare due to his threats and non payment. Also, the part about employees not being paid is also false, due to the fact that my company has no employees. It is solely ran by my wife and I. This post is a dishonest retaliation, because of the truth I posted to rip off report about them. I have documentation, returned checks, text messages, emails, and police reports to prove his report false and my report true. Even after speaking with Terry’s family (sister and cousins) they said he has been scamming people all of his life including his own family.
