GEICO insurance co. insured our car with full coverage and when the car got wrecked they never paid enought to fix the car at least to the point to where it was drivable again, (damage not really that bad) but later on told us that the vehiacle was not worth Enought to fix it.

In other words they sold us insurance that they did not give us, they could have at least told us that we shouldent insure the car for full coverage because the car was not worth it.

They were just plain taking our money and knowing that if something where to happen to the car that they where going to stick it to us. We BOUGHT something that they never gave us and they sold us something they knew they where NOT going to give us.

That has to be the same as stealing.

First you stated that Geico never paid enough to fix the vehicle. Then you state that they wouldn't pay at all. I work for Geico and I also have their insurance. I know for a fact the we pay actual cash value of the vehicle, less the deductible. If the claim was less than the ded. you pay it not us. The first thing we do before selling you insurance is states the coverages and what they are for. Comp and Coll are for damages to your vehicle if your in an at fault accident or if your hit by an unisured motorist. You know your car better than we do. If it wasn't worth insuring for damages, why did you insure it with comp and coll?? There are alot of things missing out of your story, like age of vehicle, deductible amount and if you were at fault in the accident or not. And all of those factors are going to determine how your claim is handled. I can tell you right now, you are the conumer, and without your business we don't have a company, so we are going to do everything in our power to please you. Stealing isn't in our agenda, but we can't make decisions for you. We offer the coverages and explain them. The choice to buy is yours.
