I am a Geico employee, and I take offense to people using race as a role in denying claims. All that you said was that your car was stolen. Did you have comprehensive coverage? If not, then that can be a reason for not getting paid for your loss. Comprehensive coverage covers the vehicle if it is stolen, fire damage, windstom activity, etc. If you did not have that coverage in place at the time the vehicle was stolen, that can very well be the reason your claim was denied. Geico is a very ethical company and we hold ourselves to very high standards in how we treat people. I hope your situation works out, best of luck to you.

David is correct in everything he asked. All important questions. Are you going to come back and say that there are service centers located where I am? In addition, do you have any clue at all how far it is from Warner Robins to Atlanta? More than 100 miles. That's a hell of a commute every day. If you think differently, then why don't YOU check his name and post the proof that he's a Geico employee?

The rebuttal that asked you to justify your complaint , note his address it is Warner Robbins Georgia , check the name and you will find that this is a GEICO employee for GEICO claims in Atlanta . They have a habit of harassing those who don't agree with them . I have the same problem , and in my case they blatantly refused to comply with state law . Told me I had something to do with my own car getting stolen even though I had to get travelers aid to help me get back home and refused to settle my claim . I am going to let the finance company make them prove it . I am not going to argue with GEICO . I totally believe you . You probably are black as GEICO claims has a internal policy to either devalue or comepletely disregard claims of blacks and minorities and to treat all theft claims by blacks as suspect . Stand your ground .

You just make a statement and nothing else. How about you tell us the reason they refused to pay? What were your coverages? Did they ever find the vehicle? Insurance companies just don't up and say no we are not going to pay you unless some thing else is going on. If you can, give us some specifics, so we know this report is legit and not just someone mad they only carried liability on their vehicle and thought it was covered for theft.
