The whole point that you missed was that your company made a mistake. They asked for only a quote and not anything else. Why should they have to provide proof of anything? Your company just added the brother without proof that he was indeed living there. You lost a good customer because of failure to correct the mistake without all of the hastle.

Geico is a Family Auto Insurer, meaning anyone in your household is listed on your policy. Insurance is based on risk, the higher your risk the higher you premium. The reason his license number is requested is because the only way he can be removed is to list him as a Named Driver Exclusion. Meaning that any damage caused by him would not be covered. If he's not going to be using your vehicles or living in your household then there should be no problem completing this form right. The difference in premium should be adjusted. I hope this helps...
