Our 1970 F-100 Custom SB 4x4 was stolen. We are insured through Geico for Theft/Vandalism under our comprehensive policy. Geico has refused to honor the policy that we purchased. They changed the rules after the game had started. We took our policy at face value. The adjuster totaled our vehicle before he even saw it. He lied to me twice. The first lie was that Geico would be paying all of the storage and tow on our vehicle.

A California Highway Patrol Investigator told me that since our truck was stolen and was being held in police impound for fingerprints, then they pay all of the tow and storage. The second lie was that our rental car had been extended for another thirty days. It was a good thing I checked with the rental company. Jason Douglas is paid to lie to Geico's insured!

Geico has refused to pay for the repairs to our stolen/vandalized vehicle. We have been distributing flyers at all of the car shows in our area about BAD-FAITH-GEICO! We will be attending Hot August Nights in Reno Nevada where there are 30 thousand plus auto owners. We will inform them through flyers and verbal explanation why they should drop this criminal company that rips off their insured.
