Brett...what were the other persons coverages. GEICO is not going to pay out more than they chose. They are a horrible company and all they care about is the personal umbrella policies and selling road side assistance, their claims department is no good, the customer service department has no listening skills they are forced to try to sell different products so much that they have no customer service skills. I would suggest state farm...I no longer work in the insurance world just because I didn't like it but they are really good. I was in an at fault accident and I talked to them twice. they handelled everything without bugging me. On their own they even took the guy to court for fraud (he tried claiming $5000 in medical for an accident with less than $1000 damage, a slow speed rear end)

Conversation skills go along way. Your heading alone is ridiculous and merits no reasonable comments, but enlighten you. You seem abit immature, if this is the way you were speaking with them, no wonder you are having problems. We both know you are driving your vehicle right now, so lets not go for the sympathetic vote. You rant and rave and never gave any details. Did bodily injury pay out at all for your medical bills? How much? 19,500 okay i'll skip that. What were that persona's insurance coverages? Just because she caused an accident doesn't mean GEICO is responsible. People choose their limits on coverages. You don't give any details for someone to take your seriously, al you did was throw a temper tantrum. Peple will take you more sriosly if you think about what you say.
