I WAS REAR ENDED BY A GEICO INSURED DRIVER, HE WAS CHARGED BY POLICE



FOR FAILURE TO STOP IN ASSURED DISTANCE. GEICO ACKNOWLEDGED THE CLAIM AND GAVE ME A CLAIM NUMBER. THE ADJUSTER CARRIE TOLD ME WHEN MY THERAPY FOR MY INJURY WAS COMPLETED TO CALL HER. AFTER 13 WEEKS OF THERAPY I WAS TOLD BY GEICOS ADJUSTER THEY WOULD PAY ALL DOCTOR BILLS AND OFFERD ME $850.00 FOR MY PAIN AND SUFFERING. I EXPALINED THAT I LOST MORE THAN THAT IN LOST SALES AND HER RESPONCEWAS THEY DONT PAY LOST WAGES FOR COMMISSION PEOPLE, BUT SHE SAID SHE COULD GO UP A $100.00 DOLLARS. NEEDLESS TO SAY I CONTACTED A LAWYER.
