We just opened an account 4 months ago, todate our payment has never arrived on time. Initally, we never got a bill, they called and advised me that they have sent our card and payment.

Never received, finally got them to correct our mailing address and began to received our bill on time. (never have received our card) Mailed the payment 11 days before it was due. Just received a call, hasnt made it and wanted me to allow them to draft a payment from out account. Oh no. I told them I'll check with my bank first.

Well I did and all payments around it has made and cleared, but for some strange reason, Not GE Capital. I dont believe they can process payments, or is this their way of making extra money by not applying payments and charging late payments. We will be paying the account off and closing the account. Dont use them, they have no ideal how to process payments or good customer service.

Well since I've read the numerous complaints that sounds just like mine. I've taken steps to elimate this problem for us. Initally, I've made double payments...the interesting point to that is that when a payment was not made it only took 5 days from the date I mailed the payment until the amount was posted to our account. Amazing, the postal service got the payment there and applied it. Secondly, I've cashed in a portion of my 401 acct, (it's not doing much these days anyway) and paid off the account. Now we will see if they apply the payment and pay off this account. Additionally, I called them and gave them an ear full and instructed them to apply the money and close this account. I really hated to cash in the 401, but I really hated dealing with these people too! To the rest of the consumers I'm sorry for what you are going though but from reading your complaints it quickly made me make a decision that I dont want to spend anymore time, money or effort on these people and I guarntee I will never deal with them again. Thank you for your time to read this.
