We bought a computer from Gateway,we did'nt make payments on it we bought out right.Just about from day one we have had problem.We have gone through two monitors.My hard drive has been serviced four times.The mother board crashed.You cant ever talk to a live person if you call.When you take it in for repair they pull up your record they only pull up certain dates because they transfered systems.there slogan is you have a friend in the business,ha ha.Every time I see that cow I wonder if he is the customer service rep.

I'm dealing with.My purchase date was Feb.3,1999.Call April 21, they could'nt tell me the complaint because that was the date of transfer.Sept. 20/2001 called system failure. Sep.20 2001 called crashed hard drive and complet system failure.Sept.27 and 28 2001.Dec. 20,2001 called in system failure again.And one more complaint the customer service person said had no date.Just in the past week my monitor blew something and the service guy said I just needed to buy a new one. I was so mad.Thank goodness my kids have a computer.They are not happy that we took it but we pay bills on-line.This has been a nightmare, and a major inconvience.
