GATEWAY COMPUTERS rip-off! CANNOT TALK WITH A PERSON. MAKING UP BILLS. GATEWAY West Virginia
I had a computer replaced by gateway warranty. They claimed that i owed them $1400, which is totally untrue. I paid almost $200 for the warranty and was guaranteed never to pay anything else. When i recieved the letter stating that i owed them the false amount, i tried to call them but the number listed went right to a recording that said please call back at another time. I tried this number over 1000 times (I work for a phone company, so my co workers and I tried it for a whole day with multiple phones)
I gave up there and sent more than 25 emails to the [email protected]. Over a month later i got a reply that said:
Hello Ctm,
I apologize for the delay in responding to your e-mail.
Your account has been referred to Windham Professionals at 800/828/8722.
Please call them for information on your account.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

So now i have to deal with the collections. I will need a lot of help dealing with gateway to resole this problem.
Windham Professionals at 800/828/8722. this is a fake company too. You can call and hold all day and no one will answer and there is a looped recording. PLEASE HELP ME.
