When I received my 1966 F-100 , it arrived with damage to the hood. When I confronted Josh and Chris from Lake Marry Florida dealership they tried to say that the shipper was at fault. When I showed Gateway Classic Cars the bill of lading signed by Chris G of GCC clearly showing the damages marked on the paperwork before it left the showroom. Cris G and Josh said they would discuss it with their management.

Shortly after I received an E mail saying that they would not take any reponsibillity for the damages to the truck. I have never been contacted by any management staff and as far as I know this matter has never been investigated. The delivery driver told me that GCC staff had problems with the hood when they had it open to boost the truck before loading. The delivery driver noted the damage to the hood at that time, marked it on the bill of lading and got Chris G of GCC to sign the bill of lading clearly showing the damage before it left ther showroom.

I am very disapointed in the after sale treatment. I have the bill of lading showing the damage before the truck left the showroom. They are strait out lying and ripping me off, I have the bill of lading to prove it.
