Not only did the salesperson blatantly lie about the amount financed and he induced me into signing alease contract that I believed to be a purchase contract. The finance person had deliberately ripped off the top of the contract to conceal the actual terms.

Then the problems really started. I would bring my car to be fixed, they would keep it 5 days and return it in the same condition. For some of the repairs below I had to drive it in three and four times during the first year. And although they promised me a rental car and it was included in the warranty they refused to provide one. My 96 Dodge Stratus ES is only four years old and it has had the following repairs;

Transmission repair three times

Cd Player replaced four times

Windsheild leaks

Heater Control, Cruise Control, and visor light repaired

Trunk Latch repaired 3 times

Three recall parts replaced including master cylinder brake seal, emergency brake cable

Balljoint replaced

All four doors sqeuak despite being repaired four times.
