I have finally received a response from the Trade Practices Division of the Department of Consumer Protection, State of Connecticut. Would all consumers who have been ripped off by Garder's Choice and not filed a formal complaint, kindly contact the State of Connecticut, Office of the Attorney Generak, 110 Sherman Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06105. My individual file number is: 2003-2940. Please use that number as a reference. Fellow consumers, we have finally been heard! But that's not to say don't sit back and let every one take care of it for you. Submit your complaint! It's only a .35 cent stamp. The Attorney General's office has opened up an investigation on this Company. As we all know, government entities don't move swiftly, but the fact that we have been acknowledged certainly is a plus for us. I will keep this website posted as events warrant, but PLEASE continue to send in your complaints to the address stated above. There's action in numbers and a possible class action litigation. Think of all of the money this company has made on the hundreds of people they have stolen from. Myself included. Cordially,

and drop him an email: [email protected] This company is physically in Ct, with only a P.O. Box in MI.; therefore, the appropriate AG's office is CT. Include in your correspondence the following: (copy and paste) Domain Name: GARDENERSCHOICE.NET Registrant: Gardeners' Choice, Inc. 1 Eversley Avenue Norwalk, CT 06851 US Administrative Contact: Lipset, Charles [email protected] Lipenwald, Inc. 1 Eversley Avenue Norwalk, CT 06851 US 203-852-0001 203-831-2849 If there are enough complaints, maybe someone will do something about this company and shut them down. Would also suggest contacting Parade magazine if that is where advertisement came from. Again, maybe they will discontinue if enough people band together with complaints.
