Future Fitness Cherry Hill Berlin Turnersville Mount Laurel Future Fitness Previously Planet Fitness Late fee scams, verbal agreements are not followed up on, worst service on the PLANET Berlin New Jersey
This is by far the worst gym I have ever been to. the gym itself is great but good luck with the staff and especially the stuck up arrogant owner. In the time that I went to this gym I was lied to at every meeting or phone call. The company advertises no contract but in the small print it states that you have to pay 90 days at time of cancellation which doesn't seem like a huge deal but then try to cancel, good luck. I made numerous attempts to cancel before I got to the point that I was so frustrated that I was shaking.
At time of signing the contract you are offered many different amentias such as free training and free monthly exercise program change but the staff refuses to pay any attention to you after you sign that dotted line. At this point again you need to try and make an appointment for this but again, it takes forever and who really wants to make an appointment with someone who just wants to continuously up sell you and doesn't give you the time of day if your not giving them money for something. IT'S absolutely horrible.
I'm sure your thinking that "well I just won't speak to them because I am here to workout only", good luck. Drive the extra distance and go to L.A. fitness or Bally's, again the atmosphere is horrible. If they didn't have great equipment they would have been done a long time ago.
