Dear Sir,

In October I received a phone call from A Woman Calling herself Caroline Lambe, Company Id No. 278, Who was phoning form Victora Avenu Toronto Canada. I traced the telephone number to +14166441155. The Company Ms Lambe claimed to represent was Fulfullment Internatonal. In answer to further clairfaction of genuine sales she gave me her personal email address [email protected]

Ms Lambe Proceeded to Sell me a package hoilday which never existed with Hotel Accom paid in Orlando 4 days and 3 nights, Detonia Beach 4 days and 3 nights, FOnt Condiadane 3 days and 2 nights cruse vauled at $239 + Tax & Puerto Vallaria 5 days and 4 nights.

After that I queried on several occassion the validy of the whole operation, each time to be assured of the sales and checks that would be carried. On Completion of the sales pitch I foolishly gave her my credit card number thinking I was getting a bargin. I received my varificaton number 10577135 and I was assured that I would be well looked after, and I had 30days to cancle the agreement if I wished so.

I then Sent an email to them see below queering aspects of the sale and again see below responce, (Email 2)

I requested a refund and was granted after many emails and posting back the luggage bags I received (Email 3)

After may more emails I failed to gain a refund and proceded to check the company again on the internet only to find the ripoff page and guess who Fulfillment Internationl.

I Hope that no one else gets burned, but by this stage I feel the company is closed as to many people are aware of them.

However, we found out that they couldn't be competitive in their rates for airfare and vehicle rental. Since checking around here in the States and talking with our international customers, our customers have informed us that they can get better rates by going with someone locally. You may also want to check web sites on the Internet, as there are a lot of great rates out there right now. I do apologize that we cannot be of better assistance, but until we find a replacement associate, we suggest the alternatives mentioned above.

I believe I understand your question. Your products package, as stated during your verification call with James, will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
