Willem, You mention that you contacted a consumer organization and a television program who are now looking into this problem. We dont understand the problem. You filled out an online request form asking to be contacted with details regarding a discounted travel package. We called you, you declined our offer and the one-time telephone call ended. Again, we fail to recognize any problem. We are a licensed and bonded seller of travel company that offers a highly discounted travel and cruise package to Florida and the Bahamas. For those who can afford it, it is a fabulous opportunity. Unfortunately, it does not fit everyones budget.

Until now, our company has chosen not to respond to the comments found on this site, mainly because the majority of them are from people who have not even purchased our products. A high percentage of those complaints stemmed from the outrage they felt when asked to actually purchase our merchandise before we shipped it. However, it has been pointed out to us by our own customers that our silence is being misinterpreted. With that being said, we have altered our thinking and will issue rebuttals. Dear Willem, First of all, in regards to we won a trip, this would be a pretty silly phrase with which to begin our conversation, when, in fact, all consumers are told the package price and asked to pay the fees during that one telephone call. You know that to be true in that you are someone we talked with. Consumers are told that they have qualified for a highly discounted holiday - which they have. We make our telephone calls to people who have financially qualified to make a purchase in our price range. We get that information directly from the consumer who responds to our initial e-mail offer. Only when they return the e-mail questionnaire do we make any telephone calls. We assume that when people go to the effort of filling out our form and returning it to us requesting additional information that they are serious about wanting a holiday to the US. Of course there is a charge. It's discounted, but there is a fee. Wed be out of business very quickly if all we did was call around the world to give away free holidays. It's a great concept but not very practical.
