I've been with Frontier.com for more than 2 years.  My first issue with them was through the installation.  They never told me that they were going to dig up my front yard to install the cable.  They did and made a mess of my yard and damaged some sprinklers.  This was never resolved.  I paid for the repairs myself.

  Recently, I decided to upgrade on my TV Channels.  I was paying a little over $120 for their TV, Internet and Voice package.  This package only included the regular cable channels.  When I contacted them via chat, I was offered their triple threat package which included all the premium channels and for only $136.99 per month, plus taxes and charges. 

They also offered me an identity theft service for $6.99, so the monthly bill would be $142.98 plus taxes and charges.  I was so happy with the offer, I told the rep she was great! When I received my first bill, it was over $260.00.  So I gave them a call to ask if there was a mistake.  They told me, that it was the retroactive charges and that my regular bill should be around $170. 

I said, okay that's fine.  Thank you.  This month, I received my bill and it's for $237.00.  I called them today and they said, the price for my package was $198.98 plus taxes and charges!  I said it's a mistake, I was quoted $136.99 per month for the package.  They told me they didn't have any record of that and that the original order was not accessible! 

What company runs this type of service, where they don't keep records of orders!  They're a total rip-off company, looking to get as much as they can from you! Please BEWARE, they don't use them for any service!
