First, you probably should have had something on you for your low blood sugar episodes. Most people that experience them often, do. Second, if your finances are part of the public record, they don't need your consent. If you provided them any information (SS #, etc) you provided them consent. Third, if this sent you into depressive spiral and humiliated you, how in the world do you handle business issues.
