Please run if you are looking for a Host provider and see Webs.com.  They have no tech support, no customer service, no phone in the building which leads me to believe they are in India and can't take calls. 

For 2 days or 14 hours on the so called 'support chat board' I have been trying to get just a simple problem fixed...I want to upload a simple .jpg file that is 204 kb..that KB and not MBs in size for my business.  These people can't figure out the problem.  Change files...changed pages and still it is beyond them to fix the problem.

They will not let me have my business domain name back to transfer to another Host.  They are telling me it takes 3 weeks to get an EPP code which they created and have on file.  They have a very strict NO REFUND policy so they can treat their customers like dirt and then not have to refund the hundreds of dollars they have taken for a service they don't provide.

If you are already sucked in to their web and get Jen on the chat board ask for someone that knows there butt from a hole in the ground...you do not want her because she knows less than a snail!!

They will tell you anything just to get you off the chat board and if that doesn't work they will just drop the chat.

I wish I had researched for a Host better and never signed up with them.  The heck with the money...I just want my domain name back!  I've done business under that name for 4 years now and I can't use it anymore because they won't give it back to me.

Please don't confuses webs.com with web.com.  They seem to be pretty nice people over at web.com and even have a phone.  They aren't the same people.
