freeshipping.com charged me 12.97 which i dont know for what never signed up for it unauthorized Internet
I had noticed a $12.97 charge to freeshipping.com on my credit one card.
I never even heard of this place nor have I ever signed up for it let alone know what it is for
I cant get them to refund my money and dont know if it was canceled per my request.
I am on a limited income and cant afford these fraudulent charges Income from VA
widows benefits.
This month of June I have been ripped off more then once which canceled our cable and other regular expenses and then i will have to pay extra to get back.
Please help me.

2017-06-27 I had found more information and sent it to them and since then they have not contacted me at all so i figure my being ripped off by freeshipping.com just goes to show they are not an honest business to deal with. who ever fraudulently used my infor is just as big a ripoff. and believe me i will spread the word.
also your so called employee that commented on this matter by telling me to send a text to help you will get your money back. that was more lies and deceit but then the whole world is getting that way.

Someone responded to my complaint about freeshipping.com. Said they were an employee there. and if i wanted a refund to write to give them my name and zip code
what they dont understand is i have been requesting a refund for over a month now they cant find anything on me. i talked to a james on the 6th of june and was told that someone from my bank had already talked to them and they were told dont worry about it im on your side then i talked to a women and she said she had just canceled it is that why they cant find anything on me. i never placed the order. so i would say i have received at least 10 messages to send them my zip code, another email address, the card used to make order, and the first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers on the card and they say they still cant find anything. all this for a lousey 12.97?
i looked at my statement again and found a number next to their charges so i will send that to them again to and see what happens!help@freeshipping (by the way the big print is for me) 70 yrs old and can barely see anything any more! So here goes................
