FreePhones AKA Beepers & Phones ripoff gave a 72 hour canclation and don't honor it consumer fraud con artist business from hell cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Saint Petersburg Florida
Bought a cellphone package and was told and backed with writen that if you weren't happy with the service that they would cancle if you wanted without you having to pay the $200.00 fee.
Went in the time aloted and they didn't want to honor the warrenty tried to give me a lesser phone at the price i paid for a Motorola T193 and didn't like it and told them to give me the free phone that came with the deal and they didn't want to honor that i didn't want any package deals.
I told them that they could charge me the restocking fee of 20.00 dollars, but they wouldn't refund the rest of my money.
The real rip off is that you can go right to the web page and order the service and not have a process fee at all when BNP charged $5o.oo for processing the deal. But they do have a $20.00 actavition fee on top of everything at the server.
The biggest part is that they just set up an account for you and you can do it yourself and save $50.00 And get cheeper prices from the servers web page on cell phones.
