I wish I would have googled these RIP off artists!!! 5 months after purchasing a Pete 386 with "rebuild " Cummins I'm in the shop, #3 crankshaft bearing spun out putting metal through engine. Needless to say needed repair/new engine. Bought a "platinum warranty coverage " for my truck so I felt at ease, until my claim was DENIED!! These people nitpicked each word my service department said to them trying to say that the actual reason for engine damage was not covered, they stuck me with a 45k bill! Do they care?
Nope, I contacted a lawyer, and was informed I would have to arbitrate out of N. Carolina where truck was purchased. Also 3000 retainer for attorney and then they say, you only have 30days from date you filed claim and I was on day 32. Tge lawyer advised it could cost me upwards of 15k to sue for a maximum of 20k ( that's what they will pay towards engine repairs) if approved, of course they Denied. These people are scammers, selling warranties that WILL BE DENIED, BEWARE!!!!!! MY TRUCK NOTE- NEVER PAID LATE, ALL SERVICES ON POINT, NEVER LATE WITH PM, NEVER ALLOW EVEN SMALL REPAIRS TO GO .. WATCH OUT PEOPLE THRY ARE GREEDY MONEYHUNGRY AND WILL NOT GIVE A DARN IF YOU ARE BACK ON ROAD OR NOT!
