FREEDOM RESOURCES ripoff STOLED MY MONEY consumer fraud deceptive company WOODSTOCK Georgia
Freedom Resources had promised me a MasterCard with a $2500 credit limit plus other discounted services. I paid a membership fee of $221.95, which they withdrew from my Checking Acct on Oct 3,2002. I still have recieved nothing and when I call there so called customer service line, I get the same response,"We are backed up at this time and your membership package is still in processing."
Also, if you start asking question, like their location, what kind of business they are, they just hang up on me. So customer service is not friendly at all. I am still out $221.95.
I have contacted the GA Attorney General's Office and the Village of Woodstock, I'm not even sure if this company has a business license.

I have found out that freedom resources aka lenox capitol aka fresh start has no business license in the town of Woodstock, GA the address falls under the Cherokee County and that office would very much like to hear from more people, you can ask for either the business license office and speak with a very nice woman by the name of Joanne or you can speak with the marshall's office. This office did call me back for more information so at least they may be looking into it. The address that is given for them belongs to a Mailbox, ect. I also contacted NBC Dateline by E;mail you never know, if they do get enough complaints, they may look into it. I am looking for people who are willing to fight back, I want to stop and take these people down.
