FREEDOM RESOURCE ripoff ACH WITHDRAWAL for 221.95 on 4-29-2002 for SECURED CREDIT CARD HAVE NOT RECEIVED 10-1-2002 consumer rip-off fraud Woodstock Georgia
I received a phone call on my cell phone for a secured credit card about 4/26/2002. I made the mistake of authorizing an ACH withdrawal for $221.95 for a credit limit of $1500.00.
The withdrawal took place on 4/29/2002. To this day (10/1/2002) I have received nothing but a worthless benefit packet which came in the mail in mid July.
The letter with the packet informed me that I would be receiving my signature card to return for the actual credit card within a few weeks. NOTHING YET!!!!
I wrote a letter to the address that I have listed here the last week of July requesting a full refund. Once again nothing.
As a result of this Company's questionable integrity I had to close my bank account and have sustained a financial loss greater than the original amount.

I Have been had by Freedom Resource!!!!! I'm hurt and I feel victimized!!!!! Being on a fixed income with 5 Children, this crushs both My and My kids spirits.. Ill do anything to get these people stopped! The withdrawal was made 10-1-02 and I Have tried to contact them to No avail....Nor has anyone from their company contacted me again since the initial phone call.. They withdrew 221.95 from my account...
