Freedom Resource Rip-off! Giving me the "runaround" about my refund Woodstock Georgia
Being a student with bad credit, I was contacted at the end of September (2002) about a credit card offer. Knowing that in my current credit standing, a fee of $221.95 was not out of the ordinary for a visa/mastercard to help rebuild my credit standing.
When the semester ended, and no credit card showed up, I decided to just my money back. I was faxed over a "transaction reversal" form and it stated that it be 7 business days for the refund to show in my account. That was back on December 20th...it is now January 9, 2003 and still nothing!!!
Every time I call there, the representative tells me that it will be there in a couple of days or that the person in charge of refunds is out for the day. My bank will not help me anymore since I waited past the 60 day period they allow for transaction disputes..Someone PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK!!!
